TED 2014 Visual Blog Series with LinkedIn (#3)

This is #3 in a series of visual blog posts with LinkedIn + SunniBrown.com, coming live from the 30th Annual TED Conference in Vancouver.

Amanda Burden was on the stage on Day 1 of this year’s conference. She was New York City’s director of urban planning for 12 years in the Bloomberg administration, spearheading a huge rezoning effort across the city to give people easier access to subways and green space, and leading the creation of the High Line park atop a defunct elevated railroad in lower Manhattan. She spoke about the importance of people and public spaces in urban design.
