OUR COURSES

  • GAMESTORMING FOUNDATIONS

Games come naturally to human beings. Playing a game is a form of structured play, a way to explore the world, a natural learning activity that’s deeply tied to growth. Games can be playful and entertaining, but they have practical benefits, too, particularly when applied to the necessarily-adaptive, often fuzzy goals of business.

This course - alternately facilitated by Dave Gray or Sunni Brown - is about learning to facilitate games that help you and your team be more innovative, collaborative, and productive together. We’ll model not only how to use games (consider them visual-thinking thought experiments), and how to sequence games to build meeting agendas, group gatherings, or experience designs, but also how to invent your own so they fit your specific work goals.

  • FLUENT COLLABORATION™

The FC training teaches facilitators, collaboration designers, workshop and meeting leads how to create an emergent group culture in which individuals soften protection and move toward connection so that ideas and information can flow. In this immersive training, groups learn how to create regenerative states of WE, transforming our default approach to meeting and teaming - discrete, compartmentalized, discontinuous, and separate - to an inspired way of collectively working that’s fluid, unbroken, connected and continuous. This shift in relationship and group dynamics results in ideas, innovations, insights and solutions that were previously unavailable to the group. Our training integrates three crucial rivers of skill to produce this kind of productive, imaginative, relational space:

    1. Gamestorming

    2. Inner Science

    3. Relational Attunement™
