Thanks to our symbiotic partnership, they also know how to use workplace gamification to make sure it keeps coming. For our 3nd gamestorming session with Turner, Cartoon Network creatives worked together to combust old ideas and design burn-the-box new ones for their growing brand offerings. Suffice it to say: explosivo. With the support of one of our bang-up facilitators, the group of 15 met their objectives (and had fun doing it) and they plan to parlay the session results into massive market expansion in the coming year(s). To quote one baffled leader: “I don’t know what the *#&! you did with us, but it was fantastic!” Well, thank you for having us back, my good sir. Game on.
